Asset Protection Law

How can a limited liability company provide me with asset protection?

A limited liability company derives its asset protection features from what’s called a charging order. A charging order is a remedy that limits a creditor’s ability to collect against your assets, in this case primarily against the LLC interests itself as opposed to the assets that are inside of the LLC.
