Estate Planning Law
What is estate planning?
Estate planning is the process of organizing your affairs while you’re alive and well in a manner that you get to control your affairs while you’re able to do so. Then in the event that the unfortunate occurs and you become incapacitated and are no longer able to control your affairs, you’ve put together a path for someone to succeed you and control your affairs for you. Then after you die, it is a plan for distributing whatever is left over. It allows you to decide and control who you want to get what’s left over, when you want them to get it, and how it is you want them to receive their inheritance.
