Will and Trusts Law

What will I still have control over my property if I have a living trust?

Yes, your typical living trust allows the person creating the trust to amend, change, or revoke the trust agreement, to change the person that’s in charge of the trust, to put things into the trust, or take things out of the trust without restriction, and to change or designate who the people are that are supposed to receive the benefits of the trust. The effect of all these powers is for the person creating the trust, is to retain total control over the trust.
