Estate Planning Law

When should an estate plan be reviewed?

Estate plans are organic. They should be reviewed regularly in order to adjust for any changes that occur. The changes we’re concerned with are any changes in your personal circumstances including your finances, any changes in the law, and any new developments in legal strategies that address your personal situation. Ideally, the estate plan should be taken down off the shelf once a year, dusted off, and at least scanned in order to determine if the plan still meets your needs.
