Estate Planning Law

When should I review my existing will?

You should review your existing will frequently, almost like changing the batteries in the smoke alarm in your house. The will is subject to change in your circumstances. The three primary changes are, first, changes in your personal circumstances and your personal finances, second, changes in the law that govern the provisions in your will and, lastly, there are change in the legal strategies that address your personal circumstances. You want your will to be kept up to date in order to deal with all of those.
