Will and Trusts Law
Why should I make a living trust?
Living trusts provide a vehicle by which to organize your affairs. They also facilitate your maintaining control over your affairs while you’re alive and well, and transition control of your affairs to the person that you wish to control them in the event that you become incapacitated. Living trusts can also help maintain your privacy upon your death and can ensure the smooth transition of whatever’s left after your demise to the people that you wish to receive the leftovers.
