Will and Trusts Law

Do I need to name a trustee in my will?

Only if the will creates a trust upon your death. In that case, the will will need to name a trustee of that trust. Any other trusts that exist prior to your death will be governed by a trust agreement, and that trust agreement should name who the trustee is of those particular trusts.
