Will and Trust Law

If I made a will, but lived in another state. Now I live in Florida. What should I do?

I recommended that you have that will reviewed by a Florida attorney. At a minimum, that attorney will want to review the governing law provisions of that will, and they will also want to ensure that the will is signed with the formalities that are required by Florida law. Finally, the Florida attorney will want to look at that will with an eye towards determining whether or not that will still serves your purpose. So moving to another state is a good opportunity to have your will reviewed.
